Another Cottage / DADU (detached accessory dwelling unit, aka laneway house) concept based on a compact 20’x20′ footprint and 800 s.f. floor area. Lower level includes a small Kitchen with combo Living+Dining, Powder room and a built-in cabinet fills space below the stairs. Upstairs includes a bedroom, bath and walk-in closet. Large windows and a vaulted ceiling imbue a large sense of space.

Two designs are presented. Variant ‘A’ includes a bay unit while Variant ‘B’ incorporates an open porch with large opening doors (e.g. Nano-style)
