Corporate TOD Concept: A Graduate Thesis / Professional Project

A Professional Project to fulfill the requirements for a Masters in Urban Design and Planning at the University of Washington. The client program for this proposed (hypothetical) corporate campus TOD was initiated by a local Seattle tech company whose property abuts an upcoming light rail station. The existing ‘suburban’ style campus was redesigned to leverage the transit adjacency and included incorporation of a boutique style hotel, conference center, ground level retail and expansive multi-use open spaces between proposed structures.
